CHARACTER INFORMATION
Characters of all stripe are welcome to participate in this venue, but all PCs should be left in your room. Members caught engaging in hard core roleplay in the designated venue areas will be plied with beverage and non-game conversation until they forget how to pull cards.

PROXY RULES
Proxies are disallowed for this venue. Members must participate in person to benefit from venue plot.

TRAVEL RISKS
AVST Escorts (SERE Security Staff) will be available to assist all venue participants in returning safely to their sleeping quarters.

VISITING PLAYER GUIDELINES
Visiting players must be able to provide the following at the time of event participation: EXPERIENCE AWARD GUIDELINES
WARM FUZZIES will be awarded to participants of this venue that stay for the duration and still make it to the AM game session on time and in full costume.

Experience Points, though? Yeah, right. Try getting that one past your local ST. ;)

SUPPLEMENTARY VENUE INFORMATION
All duly sanctioned members of The Camarilla are invited to participate in this venue. This is when we are allowed to let loose with a little noise and carry closed containers of aromatic liquids, but please remember that there are other patrons in the hotel and that it’s preferable to assist our host hotel in maintaining good relations with their guests.

Our Red Badge Members (Under 21) will be provided free soft-drinks for the duration of each venue session. Any member caught providing alcohol to a minor will be evicted from the party and will face penalties as outlined in the SERE 2007 Convention Honor Policy.

Room parties are allowed, but must be registered with the AVST Escort (SERE Security Staff) no later than 5:00 pm on the day the party is to occur. Incidents at unregistered parties will be handled solely at the discretion of the hotel staff and local authorities.

Without their dedication to gaming excellence, the rich tapestry of stories that has been woven over the years, and their careful stewardship of the friendships made and celebrated at events like this, the spirit of the club would have fallen to apathy long ago.
