Character Registration

Our Event Registration staff is now accepting character sheets for pre-registration.
All approved characters will be printed and ready for pickup at Event Registration.

To submit your PC for pre-registration:
Send an e-mail message to: registration @ atlantacamarilla.com
Subject should read: SERE 2007 [VENUE] Pre-Reg - [CHARACTER NAME]

Only submit one (1) character per e-mail message.
Carbon Copy your Low Approval Storyteller on the message

Character Submissions will not be accepted if your ST is not CC’d on this request

Attach the most current digital copies of your character documentation. Characters will not be approved for play if any of these documents are missing:

• Full copy of the character sheet & experience point log (Seggev XLS or Watt XLS Formats only)
• Proof of current Membership Class (e-mail from US ANC Prestige or your DC)
• A list of all Application Numbers for the character (Pending & Approved)
• Descriptions for all Approval Items that require special mechanics
• A list of all Item Cards that are attached to your character at start of play

Pre-registration closes on May 2, 2007. Submissions received after this date will not be pre-approved for play

You will receive an automated reply that your message has been received. You and your Storyteller will receive a notification from our Character Registration staff once your PC has been approved for play.

If you miss the deadline for pre-registration, please be prepared to show two (2) copies of all the paperwork listed above when you arrive for Character Registration.
